Calculating…

A pattern counts only when several stretched measures point the same way and hold it.

Last 15 sessions, oldest to newest

Solid = aligned (every stretched measure agrees). Pale = leaning (one dissent). Grey = mixed.

Z-score: standard deviations from each measure's own 252-day average

Shaded band is ±1 sd, the ordinary range. Amber marks a measure outside it.

Z-score. (today − 252-day average) ÷ 252-day standard deviation. 20-day move. Today ÷ value 20 sessions ago − 1.

Rates. Realized volatility of the 10-year G-sec yield: standard deviation of the last 20 daily changes in basis points × √252, from TVC:IN10Y. The card also shows the yield itself.

Crude in ₹. Brent (TVC:UKOIL) × USD/INR, in rupees per barrel. It captures oil and currency pressure on India in one number.

Aligned. At least three measures outside ±1 sd and all of them tilt the same way. Leaning. Four or more stretched with one dissent. The two breadth measures and the two VIX measures overlap, so a pair moving together counts twice.

All data from TradingView, saved after each Indian trading session. US-traded inputs (Brent, US VIX) can settle overnight and are corrected on the next update. This describes conditions only. It is not investment advice or a reason to buy or sell anything.
